  • Legitimate interests - processing caller data to provide the service our clients have contracted us to deliver
  • Contract - processing business owner data to fulfil our service agreement

  • Call recordings: deleted after 30 days unless the client requests otherwise
  • Call logs and summaries: retained for 12 months
  • Business owner account data: retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months

We share data with the following third parties only where necessary to provide the service:

  • Twilio Inc. - telecommunications infrastructure provider (processes call and SMS data)
  • Anthropic PBC - AI processing provider (processes call transcripts for AI responses)
  • Railway Inc. - cloud hosting provider (hosts our server infrastructure)

All third-party providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
