These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RingKat's services. By signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms.
RingKat provides AI-powered missed call SMS text-back and voice agent services for local businesses. We offer two products:
We will set up your service within 1 business day of receiving payment and your onboarding information. You are responsible for enabling call forwarding on your existing phone number to the RingKat number we provide.
Services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of first payment. All prices are in Euro and exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to suspend the service if payment fails after 7 days of the due date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at katerina@ringkat.com before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. There are no contracts or minimum terms.
We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. RingKat shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, missed calls during outages, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or in any way that violates applicable Irish or EU law.
RingKat's liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
